Fall invoices become available mid-June and Spring invoices in November. You will get a notification to your student email address once invoices are ready to download. To view your billed details, anticipated financial aid, and your expected due balance for the semester, you will have to log in to the student portal. Please see the steps below.

• Go to http://my.370r.com/ics and login with your User Name and Password.
• Select the Students tab
• Along the left hand menu locate and click on “Student Accounts and Financial Aid”
• Then click on “Course and Fee Statement” in the “Student Information” box
• Click “Generate my Course and Fee Statement”
• Once that process runs click on “View my Course and Fee Statement” which will open the statement in another browser tab

Students may pay their tuition all at once directly to the Student Accounts Office or in increments through our payment plan provider. Below are the details for paying at once; information on our offered payment plans for college students can be found on our office webpage.

The Student Accounts Office accepts payments by check, money order, and wire transfer/ACH. Check or money order payments should be mailed to:

International wire transfers should be sent using the process provided by Flywire. For domestic wires, the needed details can be requested by emailing bursar@370r.com

Students paying through Flywire (international wires) can log in to their Flywire account and track the progress of their payment. Students paying through a payment plan can log in to the CashNet website to verify installments were paid.

There may be a delay between when payments are received and when they are posted to your student account; however, we encourage ALL students to refer to the “My Account Balances” link on the student portal regularly as posted payments will display there real-time.

Room or Meal Plan Error
If you would like to change your resident meal plan or rooming assignment, you must contact residencelife@370r.com. If the change is approved, we encourage you to submit a copy of your current invoice with a note regarding this change and pay the expected balance for your correct resident charges.

Health Insurance
Domestic students who are already covered may be eligible to waive the School’s insurance. An application for waiver must be submitted using the instructions sent by email from the insurance company. Once submitted, the company will notify you if your waiver was approved or declined. In the meantime, you may submit a copy of your current invoice with a note of your intention to waive and exclude the insurance amount from your payment. Note: If you don’t submit your waiver application or it is declined you will be required to pay for the insurance fee.

• All final and official academic documents are due July 1, 2022 and are required for enrollment in Fall 2022.
• Final and official documents must be mailed to the following address: Office of Admissions, Manhattan School of Music, 130 Claremont Ave, New York, NY 10027.
• To review your individual requirements as they are listed in your acceptance letter, please log in to your MSM Status Page and click on “View Update”.

• A final transcript shows all classes, all final grades, a completion date, and the diploma / degree / certificate you were awarded (if applicable) from a given school
• Academic documents are considered official if they were issued by your previous school(s) and mailed directly to the Admissions Office. Once you confirm your enrollment, our office can no longer accepts photocopies, scanned copies, or faxed copies of your documents. Any academic documents you personally submit to our office are unofficial unless they are original copies contained in an unopened envelope that was sealed by the school that issued the documents.

If you are required to attend Summer English Study (SES), your immunization form is due June 1, 2022. Your immunization form must be submitted before you may move into Andersen Residence Hall or begin classes.

If you are not required to attend SES, your immunization form is due July 1, 2022. Your immunization form must be submitted before you may take placement exams, register for classes, or move into Andersen Residence Hall (if applicable).

Once your Immunization History is received, it will be marked as such in your Application Checklist on your MSM Status Page. Once all of your Required Academic Documents are received, that will also show in your Application Checklist.

• Currently, for Fall 2022 enrollment, NEW students are required to arrive August 29, 2022. This is true whether you will attend SES or not. On this day we are able to arrange a quick and easy way for you to meet with staff members from every school office you need to see. From there, as the day progresses, Orientation Week begins!
• Please Note: The scheduling for placement exams, auditions, advisory meetings, etc., begins on Arrival Day. In order to begin your new program on the right foot, and in order to build the fall semester schedule that will best fit both your requirements and interests, you won’t want to miss any of Orientation Week!
